1. Find something nearby

Browse Romema by default, search by ordinary words, save favorites or make a structured offer. Exact addresses are never shown in public listings.

2. Pay and arrange pickup

The buyer pays the agreed item price plus the compulsory Buyer Protection fee shown before purchase. The seller keeps the agreed item price. After provider-confirmed payment, the seller confirms availability and private pickup details are revealed.

3. Inspect before accepting

The buyer inspects the item in person. If it is acceptable, the buyer reveals the one-time eight-digit pickup code and gives it to the seller. The seller enters it to record the handoff.

4. Raise a serious issue within 24 hours

After the handover code is redeemed, the order shows the 24-hour issue deadline. Only a qualifying material problem that could not reasonably be found at pickup can pause payout. Change of mind, fit, taste and visible or disclosed defects are not covered.
